1.Automatic:  

An automatic machine works by itself without human intervention.Computers are automatic machines because once started on any job, they carry out the job until it is finished and work on the problem without human intervention.

2.Speed: 

A computers are a very fast machines.It can perform in a few seconds, the amount of
work that a human being can do in an entire year.

3. Accuracy:

 In addition to being very fast, Computer are very accurate.Accuracy of the computer is consistently high and the degree of its accuracy depends upon of its design.It performs every calculations with the same accuracy.

 4.Diligence:

A computer is free from tiredness,lack of concentration, etc. It can work for hours without creating any error. If millions of calculations are to be performed, a computer will perform every calculation with the same accuracy. Due to this capability it overpowers human being in routine type of work.

 5.Versatility:

It means the capacity to perform completely different type of work.one movement it is preparing results of an examinations,Next moment you may use it for preparing electricity bills.

 6.Power of Remembering:

As human acquires new knowledge, it selects and store what is important and relegates unimportant details to back of mind/forget.same as computer but the computer will remember unimportant things in his secondary storage devices.

7.No IQ:

A computer has no intelligence of its own. Its IQ is zero.It has to told what to do and in what sequence.A computer can not take its own decision in this regard.

8.No Feelings:

A computer has no feelings and no instincts because the are machines.Although A men have succeeded in building a memory for computer. So the make judgement based on the instructions feed on that.

 9.Storage:

The Computer has an in-built memory where it can store a large amount of data. You can also store data in secondary storage devices such as pen drives, which can be kept outside your computer and can be carried to other computers.

10.Artificial Intelligence:

The fifth generation computer which recognizes voice is based on artificial intelligence. The AI is applied in gaming software, and robotics from many years, but operating system based on AI is also in process which can recognize not only voice, but read mood of users also. It gives suggestion and decision on complex problems.
